After the ocean-view building site, you will walk the trail/steps down to the already-established cottage below. The cottage has an open-concept living and kitchen area fully equipped with all the basics, high ceilings and full-height windows, and a king-size bed. There is a full bathroom on the main floor as well, The loft bedroom is up some stairs and it has two single beds and A/C. This cottage is configured to sleep four people comfortably.
All utilities are currently in place including AyA public water, electricity, and high-speed fiber optic Internet. The cottage and swimming pool are fenced which is ideal for any pet lovers. One of the unique selling points of this property is the huge pool (approx. 14 m x 5m). And the best feature is probably the small waterfall right behind the pool. Imagine sitting in your pool or backyard and enjoying the sounds and sights of the waterfall. From the cottage, there are multiple trails down to the creek and further into the jungle. This really is an amazing place for somebody who enjoys privacy, nature, and wildlife.
This amazing property is centrally located between Manuel Antonio and Dominical. It is just a 2 min drive off the highway but completely private and enclosed by jungle. There are some of Costa Rica's greatest beaches in the area such as Playa Linda and Playa Guapil, but also the world-renowned surf beaches of Dominical and Dominicalito. Another point to highlight is the privacy of this place but also very close to supermarkets, beaches, and restaurants and just 20 minutes from the Quepos regional airport.
